Where are AMANA gold pieces sourced?
AMANA’s gold pieces are sourced from Saudi Arabia. Available karats include 18K and 21K, with 24K available by request. Product-specific details are confirmed before payment.
How does a pre-order work?
Submit the piece you are interested in and your details. AMANA confirms availability, final price, estimated lead time and the required deposit before the order proceeds. Lead time varies by item.
Why do some pieces say “Price on request”?
Many pieces are pre-order items and pricing may depend on the design, karat, weight, craftsmanship and current gold pricing. AMANA confirms the final amount before payment.
How long is a piece reserved?
Once AMANA confirms the reservation, the usual payment window is 24 hours unless a different arrangement is stated for the order.
How do deposits work?
A deposit may be required for selected jewelry or a pre-order. The amount varies by item and order value. Deposits for successfully sourced or processing pre-orders are generally non-refundable, except when AMANA is unable to fulfill the order.
Can I request sizing or engraving?
Ring, bangle and bracelet sizing and necklace length should be confirmed before ordering. Engraving is available upon request for an additional fee; engraved pieces are customized and are not eligible for cancellation or return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact AMANA within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging so the concern can be reviewed.
Can product color or weight vary?
Gold color can vary depending on karat and alloy composition. For items priced by grams, actual weight can vary slightly from an estimate and final pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
